Contributing to the Database (Authorized Users Only)
If you become a named contributor to the database, whether as an administrator or authorized clinical user, your
personal details will be limited to your first name, surname, job title, and internal organization address. It is reasonable
to expect such information from you in order to establish accountability and to ensure those accessing
the database know who to contact regarding specific clinical records. We will not accept anonymous contributions to the system.
Although the use of your personal information is limited, we ensure that the processing of personal and sensitive clinical
information within the system complies with international data protection standards. This includes compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) for our United Kingdom users, and the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law for our users in Indonesia.
We maintain strict security standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
We use leading technologies such as, but not limited to, anti-virus software, firewalls, and server authentication
to protect the security and integrity of all data.

While SKD Software House operates globally, these terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. However, we acknowledge and respect that users accessing the platform from the United Kingdom, Indonesia, or other international locations may additionally be protected by mandatory consumer and data protection laws applicable in their local jurisdiction. The courts of Western Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise.
